Loděnice (The ship yard) is situated on the west outskirts of Lipno nad Vltavou, approx. 1km from the downtown. It is a new complex of buildings which you can see as the first area ahead the Lipno location during the way from Frymburk. It lies right ashore the Lipno lake (see the map), which offers a beautiful place for relaxation or your active resting inside wonderful nature sceneries.

In the present times it offers five rank houses and two apartmets (flats) with one or two bedrooms . The accommodation is well-equipped, there is possible to use lots of services, e.g. local gym, waterman’s club, beach sports etc.

The surroundings of Loděnice offers wide realization not only for bikers and tourists, but also for sightseeing or nature phenomenon and scenery lovers.

In winter there is possible to enjoy local downhill running (approx.1 minute from the ship yard by car),runner trace for skies or the ice-covered water level, on which there is possible not only skate, but also to use ski runner for enjoying your skies during the day or at the rest of night by moonlight.

Right in Loděnice there is a club restaurant with a bar. Here is possible not only choose among many dainties, but also gathering with your friends or a book during tippling an excellent kind of coffee. You can also browse the Internet, watch TV or just listen to music.

For our guests we are planning to build a sauna and an ample object for other sport realization , such as squash, bowling, tennis,fitness and massages. In the object there will be also a restaurant enabling to take all kinds of meals in Loděnice. Under construction there is also a cycling path, which will go along the lake from Loděnice to Frymburk (approx. 6 km) This path will be available also for in-lining . The spacious lake sheet will be used for holding of various sport matches and events, on which can participate as members of our club as all other interested parties. We also are thinking of fishery and ice-sporting lovers.
